I am pretty sure this has come up before...but Michael and the mods decided that the thrust of PHO is psoriasis and to educate, inform and support living with and treating it. Bringing other ;stuff' into the equation would dilute this purpose and detract from the place as a whole.

We also felt that the site gives plenty of other forms of communication amongst like minded people in the form of IM and chat room plus, of course, the CC board.
