If it was like Blue Peter - he would have made the donations thermometer out of an old loo roll, a bit of sticky tape and a pipe cleaner!

My suggestion for raising money is to have a nude 2012 calendar ~ your private parts could be hidden with P related objects (i.e.) a bottle of coal tar, a loofah, a stellar injection needle, etc...

A bit like that film Calendar Girls that came out in 2003.

OK, maybe a silly idea.

This may have been mentioned already - I haven’t read through all the ideas yet.

Have you thought about having a shop outlet on the forum?

I belong to a large health forum that has advice and chat forums. It also has a shop where they sell health related products (i.e.) blenders, juicers, food, supplements.

Is PHO a registered business? If so, you can buy from the wholesalers and onsell at retail prices through this site.

Perhaps selling fundraising items like PHO branded t-shirts, mugs, keyrings, baseball caps, pens, computer mouse mats, etc. Maybe even something funny like a “Flake Break – Be There or Be Square” t-shirt.

Perhaps there is a forum member who is involved in the printing industry, and they can offer you some sort of discount or mates rates on producing branded items?

You could also sell more serious items, like psoriasis help guidance books. I found loads of psoriasis book title examples on this website: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

I am no longer going to make my planned donation. But I would still be very happy to purchase a PHO branded mug and computer mouse mat for fundraising purposes.

You are right, I have been meaning to do it for a while but thanks for the prompt...

The good news is that we have just exceeded the target which means donations and subscriptions to date from the 1st January 2011 are as below.

Thanks to everyone that has helped, both finacially and with your input into the site to support others.

This will cover the costs of running PHO for the foreseeable future... it is really appreciated and takes the pressure off the mods and I for a while...



Please keep the subscriptions and donations coming if you can
