logging in and reading new posts

hi mods  ,
any chance to have a look into a way of of sorting out posts when you log in to read them in groups, ie treatment,chitchat and the rest. Its just that i am getting fed up logging in and seeing 3-4 pages of new posts and normally 2-3 pages are just chit chat or spam. Would be nice to log in and read the posts in the sections you want to read and not bother with the rest of the spam, sorry chit chat.
