Compared to other people my psoriasis probably falls in the middle but to me personally mine is worst. My P affects me more than anyone elses affects me.

I think this was very well said :)
P is - no matter how much coverage you got - a CHRONIC DISEASE that means we all have to learn how to live with it in our ways.

I have got less than 5 % coverage - but I call it "quality p" because it has picked some really nasty spots to appear and I tend to suffer from different aspects (e.g. sometimes if nobody else can even see i have p - I still notice because I cannot sit down properly because I am sore and have broken skin ....:P).

and currently I have also experienced WHY it was good to join even with little coverage. Apart from my skin problems I have now developed PA (there is no link between coverage and PA) and people on here have been most supportive, getting me through difficult phase of being diagnosed with it and now starting drug treatment :)
I don't know how i would have coped on my own :-/ - something I had no idea it was coming ahead of me when I joined :)

But asuris - I also understand how you feel. If you want to have a rant about how bad you're feeling with massive coverage.... I personally don't take it on my plate (but rather think you're having a bad time, but this has nothing to do with me). I am lucky coverage wise - I know that.... But I also know I am very welcome on the forum.... (and I think it is understandable if there are people who have a rant about something some time....- both "sides" should try to be understanding and tolerant)

This forum can do it - because there's just great people on here... and I feel like I belong here :)

.... and just one more word on "little" coverage:

Have you ever had an infected mosquito bite?
It's tiny but it's itching and you're scratching and you're cursing the beast that did it.
Even though you know after a week (or amke it 2 when really bad) it will go away....

Well - even 2 tiny patches of p are bigger than this bite.... and you know they most likely will stay with you for all you life :-/

(just tried to see it from a differrent perspective....)

I know Im late on this one folks, but I had to say that my coverage of P was so intense that it made me WANT to post on this forum. I had been going through a rough rough time, and when I started to get REAL treatment that worked I wanted to share with the rest. Reading all of your posts in this forum, I couldnt help but feel welcomed before I could even post the first entry. This is such a caring and sympathetic forum and I am ever so glad I stumbled upon it. Even though I am American (Please dont hold that against me, Im one of the good guys!) ;D I was welcomed with open arms and hopefully was able to shed (pardon the pun) some light on some things from my own experience.
I was a chronic case and this forum has done nothing but bolster my ego, give me warmth and welcome, and supply information and support.
I may not post everyday but I still feel the companionship of the other souls that share my affliction. Everyday I see my situation from another perspective and am thankful that I made the move to join this forum.
It has made a world of difference in a very short time.
Just like dermatologists and cures for psoriasis:
If you give a monkey a scrabble board, EVENTUALLY it will spell a word.

Live like a dog: If you cant eat it or hump it, "p" on it and walk away!

The beauty of internet conversations and forums such as this, Billy, is they never 'go away'.

You can read posts from many moons back and comment upon them again...

As you have.

I am glad you feel the forums are friendly and helpful...not a bad bunch for flakies huh?

I would say not a bad bunch at all. Kudos to the board and ALL of its members present and future.
