printer friendly/low fi
« on: October 27, 2004, 09:14:58 AM »
Hello to everybody.

I have seen on other forums that as a user, I have options regarding the display: normal or... "printer friendly"/ "low fidelity" - in which ALL the pages are displayed altogether, without any banners , buttons, avatars or gifs; but only with a slider.
This is very useful when you want to save a topic containig many pages on your pc.
Here, if I save a topic as text it will only save the first page, even if i`ve opened "all pages" as a previous option...... :-/

Adrian

If you click on the Print icon in  the top left hand corner does that do what you want? It displays all the pages in a plain format without the banners and smiles..

Click You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login for an example...

Or have I misunderstood what you are asking for..?

Cheers
Michael

Thanx, Michael.
I`ve checked with "print" and it works just fine; even saves the entire topic - many pages - as *.txt ;D
Didn`t cross my mind to try with "print"; sorry for bothering you .
It`s no reason not to close the topic ;)
