Replying to others!!!

Hi there, as you know, I'm new here! I've posed a couple of questions along the way, and thankfully people have been good enough to set me on the right path...but, whenever I try to reply just to thank 'em, it says I cant cos' I aint made 5 posts yet! So, if anyone out there reading this has helped me at all..cheers mateys! Dont think I've just been rubber earing you..HaHa!!!

P.S. Why is it like that anyway? Its a right pain in the ass! I'm really considering posting any old sh*te just to get my 5 posts under ma belt..YEEHA!!!

Hi McNab

You need to post five messages in the main forum before you can send or reply to an IM.  The reason for this is that we had a few unscrupulous people, joining the forum, not posting anything, but spamming the members via IM.

I know it is a pain, but it just makes it a bit safer for genuine members...
