qs for the mods (or anyone who knows the answer)

if someone wishes to purchase something (e.g Pagano book), and i dont want mine any more, can i approach them directly via PM, or is that against the T&C?

The rules say that no one should profit from their membership.. To be honest I have no objections to the transaction as you are not using the forum to "sell" products specifically, if another member wants to buy it and you can offer them your old copy that seems to make sense..
