Following Darren's reporting of a potential "scammer" approaching people in the chat room this has been investigated and thankfully the intentions of the person were not to scam anyone,but to pass on what they thought was useful information.

Logs of the chat room are kept for a short time to allow us to investigate issues such as this, but are not reviewed as a matter of course. If you are suspicious of any activity in the chat room or feel that something unacceptable has happened please report it to any of the moderators for further investigation.
The moderators do their best to try and stop any scam artists or snake oil peddlers but the members help will ensure that we can provide the best information to all of the members.
