Too right Tom, this is all about individuals and every body has an individual experience of p - best not to 'lump' certain stuff together
FAQ might end up reading like a guide and have the feel of 'no deviation from the aforementioned' we all know that stuff comes up on the boards over and over again, but it always comes out different due to the people who respond and their slant on the topic
I'd hate to loose the freshness and personal touch I feel the board has now
I don't care how many times the same topic comes up - I'll always take part if I feel I have something worthy to add!!

I agree fully Su - but I dare to think that the mods do too

As Tim says, it's not because there's a FAQ page up, that peeps aren't allowed to ask questions anymore - or that they won't get any answers, for that matter. That's such an important aspect of this place, and that will never go away, don't worry

It's just nice to have something to refer back to, f.ex. just before a derm visit. The info is nice and compacted in a FAQ, and easier to print - I can just see myself arriving in hospital with a 97 pages printout, including my own inane drivel, Harry's Gaffa (

) and JJ's comments.....

I'd be shipped off to the psych ward in a flash

Seriously, one doesn't rule out the other
And some peeps may actually prefer a short and concise explanation (don't forget how many members there are who have never posted - some of them may be too shy to ask, but they need the info all the same....)
So I think it's great the Michael and the Mods (A new band!! :O

) offer both possibilities

And we'll always all keep answering questions, no matter how often a subject has been covered - that's what we're here for!!!
