Hi there, I joined on Monday and made a few posts/threads.  I tried to log in after the site was down for maintenence and had to re-register because my log in name wasn't recognised, and it appears my posts were deleted too.

Hope there wasn't another reason for this (like I made an inappropriate post...if so I'm sorry, really didn't mean to and can't think what it would have been) but thought I'd let you know anways.

i doubt very very much it was to do with anything you posted, as it was a hack problem so any new comers unfortunatly would be in the same boat as yourself

Hi All

As I am sure some of you are aware, The Psoriasis Help Organisation (PHO) was hacked on Monday evening. We believe this hack was related to a vulnerability in the picture gallery software on the main site. The gallery was used to demonstrate & display different types of psoriasis.

This Gallery has now been removed and the site has been restored to the 7th January 2008. This will mean that a number of posts, Instant Messages, and New Members will have been deleted. There is nothing we can do to recover these messages.

The hosts took quite some time to restore the site and initially there were some problems. It would appear that these problems are now resolved but of you notice anything odd then please let us know.

If you notice someone asking why their message is no longer available please direct them to this post..
