Hi guys & gals,
I've been trying to setup my little forum avatar (a lovely piccie of Alyson Hannigan..mmmmm) but it appears I can't do it.
After a bit of searching about, from what I understand, i need to upload the image from the main pho site (not the forum side) to the gallery, and then use the forum control panel to link to it. (I've been trying to link it from my website, but all i get is the imfamous red X - as you can see if you look slightly left!)
Now, when i'm logged into the main site, (according to the gallery faq) there should be a link down the bottom left hand side that says 'gallery'. I don't see that link, I only have the options of - 'Your Details', 'Submit Weblink' and 'Logout'.
Is there anything I need to do to be able to upload my little avatar?
For reference, the image properties are as follows - JPG format, 2.01kb file size (according to XP, it's 4kb on disk) and is 73 x 80 pixels.

Edit: Just noticed that the size of the imfamous red X is 65 x 74 pixels, so I'm going to try to resize it and see if that helps..
Edit #2: No luck, resized it, it is now 65 x 72, and still show a red X. That's it, I'm giving up! (Mainly due to being at work and if the boss catches me... well...*runs away*!)
Edit #3: OK, so my brain has just kicked in... I think I know why I'm seeing the red X... the works firewall is blocking the pic. Ignore me, and I'll try it once I get home this evening...*feels like Homer Simpson*
