So I keep trying to change mine, but the same one keeps coming up. I can apparently only use this one or one of the preloaded custom ones? Any help here?

generally this is related to the fact that you need to clear your browser cache and history after you have changed your avatar..

Is the avatar you have now the correct one? If not could you clear your browser history and cache then refresh the page..
