...but are having problems logging in then try the following.
First try copying and pasting the username and password from the email to the login boxes i.e. highlight the username in the email with your mouse then "right click" and select copy from the menu. Then click in the username box on the login screen and again use the "right click" menu to paste the username. Repeat this for the password.
If this does not work try typing them manually. Please remember that your username and password are Case Sensitive. This means that they need to be typed into the Username and Password boxes exactly as they are seen i.e. Capital letters have to be typed as Capitals.
Example:
Username: TesT
Password: aBcDe
In this example to logon successfully you will need to type a username of uppercase
T lowercase
es uppercase
T (TesT)
The password follows the same principle in this example you would need to type a password of lowercase
a uppercase
B lowercase
c etc etc etc...
If after reading this you are still not able to login please reply to the registration email you were sent explaining the problem.
