EMAIL OVERLOAD! Help!

HELLO!

For some reason I have started getting email notifications every time a post is added to some of the threads.... some are threads I started and some are not...

I know I have not selected the check box to be notified of replies to any topic....

eg... ALL IN "CHAT"

P Person of the Year - started by me
SPAG on tour - started by me
5 words at a time - not started by me

HELP! Thanks....

It's very easy to switch off the notifications. At the top of the page you should see:
Notification

Click on this link and then select the notifications that you wish to switch off then click on the Update Notifications Button.

dont know how they were activated in the first place tho....
