Help needed again sorry

Can anyone tell me how to post things off the internet on here - you know like the youtube clips - I am getting very frustrated

It is very simple.. within most video sites like YouTube there will be a link that says Share

All you need to do is copy the Share link and post it in your message so if I paste:

Code: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

http://new.music.yahoo.com/videos/--157332198
it becomes

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Each video will have its own unique share link. All you need to do is copy and paste it into your message.
