help with avatar

dunno if this is the right place to put this one but here goes

i need help changing my avatar .. i wanted to put a diff one on but i couldnt. i uploaded my current pic ages ago and i would like to put a new pic i have but it wont work. I get the same thing happening all the time .. when i placed the url link it didnt work and i still have the same pic.
is there a way to delete the pic i already uploaded and add my new one ?

i had that 2 .......load 1 off the pics that already on there.......then  do  the 1 u want ...reboot ur pc and it might b on there......hope that helps ... it worked 4 me
