messed up messages

joined yesterday have pa but posted a new topic in the p forum realised after so did a google search for a pa forum and joined that,at the time i didn't realised both forums were on this site oops so in fact i've joined twice. i posted a topic on the p forum about swollen cold hands.Logged in today t see if anyone else had left a comment and it looks like my post has been removed. Think i must have broken some commandment of something can't see where to contact the forum moderators to clear things up
deary me i think i've got a clouded head too many meds any ideas please? :-[

It looks to me as though you've posted three times - twice here and once on the History Board.
I can't see that you've joined twice - what other name did you join under? 
Your IP number only gives you as little cracker, not as any other name.

To contact the moderators, either send them an IM (once you have posted 5 times), or use the "Report to Moderator" button to draw their attention to a post.
