In order to be able to use the chatroom, you should use the latest (newest) version of whatever browser  you use.
Netscape f ex refuses to display the room unless you have one of the latest versions, i.e. whatever you use, download the latest version, and things "should" be OK

I really need a response to my earlier post. The fact that the problem is only affecting Rainy and nobody else leads me to believe that the problem is with her computer or software on her computer.

The quickest way to check would be to use a different pc in a different location i.e. not in the same office. Try to use a friends/neighbours to access the site. If that works ok then it is more than likely the Software and/or Settings on Lorraines computer that is causing the problem.

Another good point is to download the latest browser and try that. Internet Explorer 6.1 works well as does Netscape 7.0.

I Use my laptop at home - its a brand new Dell Inspiron with all the latest software - so its def not the pc but it may be my internet browser settings - we use internet explorer like you
