I really need a response to my earlier post. The fact that the problem is only affecting Rainy and nobody else leads me to believe that the problem is with her computer or software on her computer.

LoginThe quickest way to check would be to use a different pc in a different location i.e. not in the same office. Try to use a friends/neighbours to access the site. If that works ok then it is more than likely the Software and/or Settings on Lorraines computer that is causing the problem.
Another good point is to download the latest browser and try that. Internet Explorer 6.1 works well as does Netscape 7.0.
