picture on profile help needed please

hi i've tried to put a pic of myself to my profile from my documents on my pc , even tried using imageshack which i've managed to upload a pic of myself but then i'm totally lost how to get it to my profile can someone help please , ady

right once the pic has been loaded onto Image Shack.

There is a line called Show image to friends. Copy the link - then past this into your profile.
