i once got in a bit of an anxiety trap, always thinking/worrying about the state of my mind.
i find looking for a funny line all the time can side track the brain and before you know it your out of the circle.
les dawson suffered from depression and said all he did when he was down was look into a mirror and pull a funny face. how can you not smile he asked.
now i dont go round pulling funny faces, well i do actually, but i think its better to smile then frown.
i always try to look on the funny side. you can actually make despondent and depressing comments but make them funny. i wish i could put things into my words more betterer.
i wish i could put my thing into ... no better not

It never ceases to amaze me how good the sun can be for Psoriasis.  We all just need to go and live on some beautiful tropical island somewhere....imagine....no stress....lovely fresh food.....and lots and lots of sun.

luckily im going on 23rd april 2008 for a week to fuerteventura for loads of nude sunbathing. we hire a car, find deserted beaches and there simply is no need for clothing. my wife cannot keep pace with all the sexual activity which is triggered by the romantic settings, so feel free to come along and be her replacement half way through the week. i think along with the sun, the constant moisturising with sun creams etc and dips in the sea are all good as well.
i should really look into going to the dead sea. last time i did the prices scared me.

Not as much as I'd like Al it's got to be said!

Just bought a place in SE spain, so hoping to get out there a fair bit this spring and summer. Might go for the nude bathing myself, on the private balcony of course.  Thanks for the offer for fuertaventura but not sure I could keep up the pace either. 
Keep telling myself to "go for it" regarding the dead sea, not going this year, but I'm seriously thinking about it for next year.

i heard from a pal who went maybe 15 years ago that the place he stayed in at the dead sea was just one long shag fest. but only between p sufferers. non scalies didnt get a look in
having stayed in hospital twice i know how fellow scalies bond instantly expecially opposite sexes. so if its still the same then go prepared.
and let me know the dates you'll be there.

  How do you know that isn't me in my avatar pic??? Anyways, I'm even more gorgeous, just didn't want people to feel intimidated by me!!! I've been in hospital before, never noticed any bonding going on!!!
