WHO DO I CONTACT TO SORT OUT A PROBLEM WITH USING THIS SITE??? THERE IS NO HELP CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS!!!

EVERYTIME I TRY TO START A NEW TOPIC, NOTHING HAPPENS.  AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN CONTACT ANYONE TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT.  SO I AM FORCED TO POST THIS APPEAL FOR HELP AS A REPLY!!!

HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL SEE THIS AND GIVE ME A CONTACT.

Well you managed to get supports attention

Not sure what the problem is. Think it is probably to do with you pc or your browser settings though as i have not heard of this problem before.

Try setting your browser security and privacy settings to meduim...

Have a look at this message, all though it is not the same it is simlar:

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Also, try accessing the site from another pc to see if the problem remains the same...

One thing i don't understand is that you have manged to post this message and a few others. Why is it working sometimes and not others???

thanks for getting back to me, and for your advice.  Thanks to Michael too, who sent me a msg.

Just to clarify the problem: I have no problems responding to other people's topics by filling in the Quicky Reply Box.

But when I try to use the REPLY or START NEW TOPIC icons nothing happens.

I checked out my browser settings like you said and they are already on moderate.  Its a real mystery and a shame.  I have so much to say!!!  I can use my dad's computer if necessary if i want to start a new topic, i suppose, but its far from ideal.  Oh well, maybe I'll manage to sort it out eventually.

As I say, what happens is that the screen comes up, it even says <<start new topic>> in blue type at the top of the page,  but no text actually appears in the main window.  Down below on the bottom left is says Document Read, and the bar at the side moves backwards and forwards like its trying to process something but can't complete the process. What a pain.

You could try upgrading to the latest version of Netscape which is 7.02? (not sure what version you are on currently)

Any chance you could load Internet Explorer on your pc, if it isn't already there and try that?

I use internet explorer version 6 and Netscape version 7.02 and they both work fine for me.

Maybe a later version will solve the problem.
