hi michael , me again!!

sometimes when i try 2 log in, i get told theres a error and dosent recognise my user name
the only way i to do it is 2 keep shuttin down the site, reloading and hope 4 the best, usually  does it on the 3rd attempt
any idea's

Not sure to be honest. You are the first person to bring that to my attention???

Do you type the username and password in manually or do you use copy and paste?

Anybody else having the same problem?

Not sure what to say... nobody else has reported this problem... What Intenet Browser are you using? Can you try on anothe PC to see if you get the same problem..

On the subject of logging in.  Sometimes I want to log in away from my regular computer and then I have to type a password and ooops...I never remember it.  Is there a way to change my password so I can use something I can remember.

If you click on the profile button in the top row of buttons, it look like this you can change your password there.  Be sure to type it in both places.
