my names michael, im 29 and had P since 3
At the moment i am 90% covered, using dovonex ointment and dovonex cream i have kept my skin manageable for many years, most of the time my skin just looks red with little scaling etc. However in the past 4 weeks i started getting a little under my eyes, this has happened before and with just a little dab of hydrocortizone it goes no problem, this time round it wasnt as responsive and thought **** this and headed to the derm. We talked about this and that and i bit the bullet and went for PUVA, iv had PUVA before 15 years ago and it cleared me 95%. I worry of the side effects and this is why iv held off for so long. First session today and feel sick with the psoralen tabs :'(
Iv tried mtx and ecitretin with no success.
