Potter's Psorasolv Ointment

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has tried Potter's Psorasolv Ointment? Its an Ointment containing: Sulphur 7% w/w, Zinc oxide 7% w/w, Starch 5% w/w, Poke root liquid extract 0.5% w/w, Clivers soft extract 3% w/w
Its described as a "traditional herbal remedy for symptomatic relief of mild psoriasis". It can be purchased from Phramancies and costs about £4 for 30g.

I tried it, but not for long.

It was nice as a light moisturiser but not much else.

I did try this when I was about 12/13 but I can't really remember it doing much - only remember it smelling a bit yucky.

I think I am a bit sensitive to yellow soft paraffin as well, which is made up in a lot of ointment bases including the potters one, so that actually makes me itch.

I tried a similar ointment for psoriasis once, with propolis ... but I came out in rash because I was allergic to some of the chemical ingredients.

I have tried it but dont remember much improvement, I think i heard of someone with eczema that used and had good results. anything is worht a try
