Hi Ali

You have just answered a question i was going to ask.  I use dovonex cream and i have noticed that it helps calm the p but it also spreads it.  I've suffered since the age of 3 and have learnt to live with it.  It wont go away and stressing about it was making it worse!  I take the attitude that if its there its there, and if it clears for abit then thats great.  I think getting older and not giving a monkies what other people think helps too!
