I've found that the demon booze is definatley not good for my p...but my will power is not very good either..

Hiya Angela , welcome hun , glad to hear yer story , sounds very similar to us all i too am like guy and yerself i find that it aggravates it too and I know it does but there is no way im giving up booze, i have given up the smoking but not the booze!!!! Saying that i have narrowed it down to 2 types of Booze that flares me up . Red Bull and Stella Artois , dont ask why but when i avoid them it does not flair up  :-/ I can miss the red bull but stella I like  :'( :'( :'(

Know what ya mean about the old loopy juice Stella.  But we've gotta keep our vices haven't we - otherwise we'd all go mad (not that we're a sane bunch anyway!)

welcome to the forum!

I might be still in denial, but I have not yet discovered that drink is making my p worse.


But stress is definately making it worse (including negeative stress from exams, sickness etc, but also positive stress - e.g. if I'm running around, buzing from here to there and absolutely love it )
