1st timer

hello everybody my name is lynn im 35yrs old and have had psoriasis for 22yrs.  I have been visiting the dermatologist and trying all there different creams and lotions for what seems forever, i have been in hospital for a 6 week stint but that didn't make any difference either. i also find that the sunshine makes my p worse. i am thinking of changing my diet has anybody got any suggestions.
