I am sorry to hear about your psoriasis.  I have ahd it for 20 years and have tried everything. I am now using pacthes that my wife bought for me.  She is big into natural remedies. The patch has nothing chemically that goes into your body.  It is the best thing I have ever used. I have tried everything from dovanex and even bought a ultra light machine. high can relate so much to your post re MTX was on 25mg very hard to explain to people how you feel on this kind of med

have you not been put forward for any of the bio's yet

i am now on Stelara 90mg every 8 weeks with 10mg MTX and feel so much better skin wise

try and bring this up when you see your derm again

lets hope the new year brings better treatment for you

i bet your family are a great support for you mate
even when you are low we are here too to give you a boost
