Me too, me too, I haven't touched snow in almost three years, I miss snow, I miss big winter coats and scarfs and gloves and hats and earmuffs....Although sunshine at the end of November is kinda nice too [smiley=sspace.gif]

Hi Bloss  :)
I'e had U.V.B numerous times and a tip i have (if you don't already do it ) is to moisturise well after treatment ( but before steoids or tars )- it softens the plaques and the steroids gets closer to the skin
Take Care & good luck

Hi Bloss
Welcome to the looney bin. My uncle is out there but in Alice Springs. He too has p & finds the sun helps but it can get quite strong up there so he has to be careful, mind you it does mean he gets those nice patches of white skin where the p has cleared, while the rest of his body is tanned! :)
