Cyclosporin and finger joint pain

Hi i have been taking cyclo for about 4 months now and i have recently been getting pain in my left wrist, thumb joint and some other joints in my hands. I was wondering if this could be a side effect or have been brought on by taking the cyclosporin?? I hope i am not developing arthuritus. Any feedback would be great.

Not a side effect as far as i remember,worth checking that little booklet you get in the box with the capsules.
