Hi Everyone,

Have had a pretty bad flair up of p all over me within the last few months but seems to be subsiding now. Does anyone know what works on finger and toe nail p? My derm almost laughed when I asked if anything works! Thanks  :)

Hi, i'm not sure how helpful this is to the nails overall but when my cuticles and surrounding skin are really painful i cover in emollient really thick, then wrap my fingertips/toes in clingfilm...it lessens the pain in the skin and softens the affected area and i've noticed since i've been doing this my nails are less affected than they have been previously.
