HI Jo,

welcome to the site and thanx for sharing your story :)
Coming to terms with p is not easy ... but once you've managed it makes things such a lot easier (this site and my derm both have helped me in finally stoping to deny it and now everything connected with p has become such a lot easier for me to handle :) - doesn't mean it doesn't suck from time to time still ::))

Hello Jo and welcome to the family that is the forum. Everyone here will help if they can and I have discovered that there is always someone who has experienced what you are going through and more and are more than willing to support you through the difficult times. :) :)

Hi Everyone
Just wanted to say Thank You for all your welcome messages! :) This is a great forum, i already feel more positive about my P and treating it. Will keep you posted on how the oats and milk thistle etc. are going.
