Hi Jenna, love your name.  I get P on my face too, under my eyes on each side of my face just under my ear line (!)  I don't use any creams from the doc, just moisturiser, vaseline, lavendar oil, works pretty well for me. :D

Hi and welcome Jenna!

try using some grapeseed oil as a moisturiser at night - light, gentle, cheap and effective.  It has mild anit inflammatory and healing properites - you could also give evening primrose oil capsules a try.  Stick a pin in one, squeeze out some of the oil and use to moisturise!

Hi Jenna i'm a recent member too and have had psoriasis on my face since i was 5 , it is hard going ,at times and i know what you're going through. i use Aqueous cream on my face and mild tar or dithranol . i do occassionally use the hydrocortisone but only for special occasions as its not that great on the long term.   It would b nice to go to the dead sea sometime for the ultimate treatment , maybe i'll win the lottery and we'll all go 8)

Hi Jenna
I get bouts on my face too; under my eyes and around my chin; not cool :) Because I don't want to put dovobet on my face I use cocoa nut body butter which stops it itching. Also dead sea salt in a warm bath seems to work wonders at softening it up all over the body)  This is also a good excuse to get away from everyone else and lie in the bath for an hour with a bottle of vino.... :)
