So I've trid Dermax for around a month now and I'm really happy at how it gets rid of the flakes in my hair, no more knocking bits of skin off my shirt when I'm at work.  It hasn't done much for the underlying problem though as the scales are still there.

I'm on the look out for something to get to the scales that is thin enough to right on the scalp.  Cocois is a nightmare to apply and just ends up all in my hair, so doesn't hit the spot.  I used to use betnovate scalp application which I could appy easily but it's benefits wore off over time.

Any ideas guys?

I've been using Xamiol for my scalp p and the itching has very nearly stopped.  It's great!  Can leave your hair looking greasy if you don't wash it out properly but that's a small price to pay!!  Ask your Doctor for it and give it a try to see if it works for you too.  My scalp doesn't feel all tight and uncomfortable for the first time in 5 years.  I am actually starting to feel more normal now!!!!
