Hello , I am newcomer

I just registered and still confused . I still have psoriasis, for 30 years already .I am now 40, since the disease started in childhood, when I was at 10! All the time leaving with the struggling and and tried to ignore it .. but now I feel tired and running out of force .. The biggest problem is my scalp! Nevertheless, I like the longer hair and keeping them in  bright colour, that scales from appearing on my hair .not be vissible. every  day, and even just washed I am moisturizing my scalp as with everything  I can, creams, water, , keeping it in tone .. It takes a lot of time ..and results are posityve only a few days..Actually all my body has psoriasis..but I am on a very strict order in every day..my hands -elbows,my nails lifting and are with dots, lines, pits..not all..my ears, my legs more upper part my all body, time from time spreads with small dots psioriasis, even it tends to be in bigwig and on my bum and between..My eyes cornes are often red and I am feeling eye pain..Allways feeling my legs hands, neck pain and more my down part of back..sometimes I cannot sit, I cannot stay too long,,sometimes it comes more relaxed, but I am feeling pain, through my 30 years ..especially when changing weather..winter is very exosting for me..Often my feets and hands are cold..I cannot sleep long time, as my feets long cold even with socks under cover..I am supper sensitive to the environment, avoiding people as it exosting me, often crying without reason..Looking at me is difficult to say that I have serious problem as I allways don't let the deseas to expand too much..but inside I am feeling very exosted and feeling pains on different times in different body parts..I am often sleepy on the day time..my blood always had broblem..It is very varies..Often, it seems that my whole body of SPIN Especially In my days ..I am nothing better getting from my GP and I tired to ask them, something that it works for me..So, I am looking after my self..sending expencive creams from other country..Any suggestions please..My life changing at the moment, and I on income support..that was comfortable for me to look after self..but now, I need help..as my son turned at 10 and my income support is stopping..And they registered me on job seeker allowance..but I am afraid I cannot arrange it if I will have job..my son also temted to ill very often..not psoriasis..thanks God..There are many jobs simply not fit to me..Please, will accept any suggestions..and help, how I can improve my position..Thank you, Asta, your new friend! ;)

i don't really have any advice for you as I am also new and don't know much! but best wishes to you!!!
Yesterday was a bad day... f##k yesterday. That's why God or whoever made new days.

welcome to pho from me too :)

sounds to me that you need to get your gp
to refer you onto a NHS dermotologist to get a proper
treatment plan that you can progress onto- and hopefully will work for you.
I take it you are in the uk and on benefits - i wouldn't personally
spend cash on expensive creams (some may have no benefit to you at all)
apart from making your pocket lighter!

Hello and welcome along to the forum. get yourself to a derm as soon as possible. They will be able to offer you a wider range of treatments.
