Hey Everyone

Hi, I'm new to this board. I'm 19 and I've had psoriasis for about 9 years. I only have very mild psoriasis on my elbows, knees, scalp and a few small spots all over. At the minute I'm using Exorex lotion and Capasal shampoo for my scalp, along with lots of moisturiser! lol.

Welcome to the boards Janelle, I noticed the itchyandscratchy name yesterday and assumed it must be a member that was here for ages or the name would be gone (good name), good to have another Paddy floatin also. ;D
