Hello Angela and welcome to the forums, I am 27 and having my worse flare up also so I know how you feel, I hope you find something that works for you and if you do let me know ;)
Self Help? I know what you mean, I am the one who has to tell my doctor all the new stuff  for me to try because he does not know anything! None of them have worked though! I just have a new prescription for six different treatments that I have not tried so I shall let you know how that goes!
