hi everyone
i'm james and i need some help please, due to complicated circumstances i find myself with very bad p, i have a prescription which i cannot use as i have no proof of benefit, as it has only just started to be processed, and cash seems a distant memory

is their anyone in the bristol area ish who could donate some creams please?

Go to your local office BA and ask for a letter to show chemist.  Apart from that You are the person declaring not chemist theres a bit they can mark no proof shown.  Therefore they are in the clear.

hi and welcome, hope you get it sorted, it worked for me when i forgot my prepay certificate, i said i had one but forgot it, tyhey ticked a box and awa y i went with me creams! hope that works what maggie suggested

it should work = if the chemist ticks that they've seen the proof then its all hunky dory = but if they tick that they havent seen the proof then it gets checked up in that instance - and once they start to check they'll find out you are on benefit so should be fine - and you'll have got your creams anyway.

They can't check it in the chemists.  Its when they go to central collection points there's some method that they can use to id the scripts so it takes about 4 weeks before it would show up by that time the benefit's agency have notified new claiments and it all gets sorted out then.

meds all sorted out thanks 4 the advice, it took several trips to chemists but i got there in the end, and sods law the day after my proof turned up! :-/
