hi another newbie need advice

 Hi all,
Just found this site,great can discuss things, thought I was the only one with PPP,(on palms)
started 5 months ago,have had numerous creams and lotions on 3rd lot of Antibiotics, to no avail, lots of blood tests. going to have light treatment in 3 months.
How do you put up with the continuing itching , burning and bleeding ???
Also the Doctor said it's because I smoke???

Hello and welcome along

 :)

Unfortunately, there is a definite link between smoking and PPP  :(  I am sure you smoking didn't cause it, but smoking can make it a lot, lot worse....you may well find not smoking helps (as well as being good for your health generally).

 ::)

am a new member, despite what has been said, i do not believe smoking makes a difference. tho. of course its not good for your general health!
