Hi Erica, welcome along to PHO from me!
I am on MTX 10mg per week for the last 3 months. It is not clearing me up _but_ I am pretty sure that it is holding it at bay at a time when I would otherwise be pretty sure to be in a _massive_ flair up. My joints are pretty sore too at the mo' and I guess it's masking that a bit too. I don't want to up the dose as I am having quite bad mood swings in the 48hrs or so following each dose as it is. I am persavering for a few more weeks but then if the result/side effect ratio hasn't improved may well be trying a different drug.
