Well just a short note to introduce myself, my name isnt Jaffa Flake, thats what my husband calls me as i love jaffa cakes but at the moment i am having my worst flake attack !! infact i have never had my p this bad before. I have been a sufferer since i was 6, quite some time ago!! but only on my scalp. Since i had my daughter in December 03 my p has gone mad i am coverd from head to toe!
I have just been to see my doc and he has given me loads of creams, sleeping tablets and some to stop the itching. The first one i am going to try is Dovobet. So fingers crossed

I've been using the creams for a couple of weeks now and am very pleased with the results, think the UVB might have to be done though to completely get rid of, even if it is just for a short amount of time, there is definitely lots that can be done though, so keep your head up and read plenty of stuff on here.

I am new to the forums as well so hope we can both get good help and advice.

I have used Dovobet, and recently change to Dovonet which has helped me immensely (although it is different strokes for different folks).

The Dovonet comes as a cream and thicker ointment for night time and has cleared some patches I had.

Good luck with the treatment and let us know how it goes.
