Hi everyone.

I thought I would just introduce myself.

I have only been diagnosed a few months and I am waiting to start MTX. I also have CFS/ME.

I am really finding it hard to come to terms with the pain I am in especially when the pain hits in public (I had my first major bout in Asda today). I do an activity called colourguard to keep active.

I guess I am just scared.

I am finding that I can predict when it is going to rain really well now lol!

My Psoriasis likes to go very sore and purple as soon as any cold snaps come, so anytime about now lol

Sorry your feeling scared, but hopefully have a good look around and chat to some lovely people, read some stories and knowing your not alone can help a great deal, it helped me when I found pho.

It must be a nightmare for you at the moment as it seems to be raining all the time!!!
