I was a member of this forum, many years ago. Although I always found the encouragement of other enlightening, it didn't get the pain and suffering (albeit my P was"minor" compaired to many others) to go away. I stopped using all treatments (they didn't work anyway) and just carried on with healen tape/pain killers when got really bad (or what I thought was bad). I also found that stress was the trigger to quicken the cycle of good to bad to good again. I have also moved abroad to work and over the last 4 years, I can honestly say that the p is almost gone. I think I have used healen tape only a dozen times in that 4 years and not taken any painkillers. I have p in hands and feet, but my skin feels and looks good. I have re-registered to try and help others find comfort in the fact that it can get better, there is relief so please keep going. My son and possibly grandchildren have or may have p, and I hope, really hope they don't.
