I am new to this help Organisation
« on: November 05, 2011, 12:39:50 PM »
Hello,  I am new to all of this and I do hope I have started correctly! have had psoriasis on my legs, arms and hands since 1993 it became worse after a major operation and has been getting worse over the last five years. I tried Neotigastan which did clear up my plaque but my very long hairs started to fall out. A year later I have all the plaque back big time, very short hair and have been on low doses of Methatraxate ( I think that is how its spelt) I am on quite a low dosage hoping to get a stronger one each time I see my Dermatologists, so that I might get clearer legs for Summer. I am in Australia. We have to achieve very high scores (15) before we can get on to any biologicals so unless I was to cease all topical creams and other interventions to allow my P to increase to 15, which I find hard to do as it is particularly bad on my hands, and my work requires me to be in close contact with others,  will remain on topical creams and tablets. I don't have a particular question but wanted to introduce myself and thank you all for your posts. I have often been buoyed by your experiences and ideas. Thank you
