best thing to do is get your GP to refer you to a dermatologist, although P can't be cured there are lots of treatments out there to make things easier.

There is also stuff you can get called Dermol 600 - a Bath Emollient which you put in your Bath.
You can get this from your G.P. Its made by Dermol Labs.

Just back from docs , he said 'it's just a rash, nothing to get excited about, nothing to do with psoriasis' prescribed cortisone cream.
