Thanks for the advice. I had a quick look at the Fumaderm on tinternet and to be honest, I am very wary of taking any form oral drugs with side effects as I really feel that having been a scabby cow for the last 30 years nearly, I would rather stay scabby than put my health at risk.
I am maybe naively going to to stick to the cow treatment and give that Udder stuff a go though as I really do not see what harm that will do!! If i come back in a few weeks saying nothing but MOOOOOOOO then maybe that will be the side effect!!

Thanks!!!  I got the Udder cream .....its very like sudocrem (baby bum cream) a bit thinner. It seems to be helping at the minute but early days!! I will keep you up to date.....not MOOOOING ....yet!!
