In my studies there are actually 2 others with p one even with pa who is one of my best friends. It eelps such a lot to know people who understand you (and who you understand).

splat, I'm glad your daughter is trying to help herself by cleaning her diet too. I know one thing that makes my P worse and that's butter. I have no idea why though. I really feel for your daughter as she's in school too, it's just an awful time to have it. If she ever wants to private message me, she can no problem.
