Hi Amy I have been given cocois for my head I put it on at night and then i have been using capasal shampoo to wash it out - Its a nightmare but i must admit for the first time in a long long time i have nothing to pick - i just hope it lasts

The cream I use is know as scalp, a coal tar/salicilic brown mixture that stinks to high heaven & you'll need to use Polytar shampoo to wash it all out. Aside from that, it's really good for breaking down the frakes when they've built up & means you're less likely to pull your hair out with the p!
