I've been on neo for 3 weeks now, 20mg a day an apart from dry lips I have seen very little from the drug. Is this normal?

Yes its normal. I'm not sure how long it is to see results but i know sometimes you get a certain amount of peeling of the feet and hands before it starts to take effect

If you put acitretin in the search box (i believe neo is the trade name for it) you will find lots of reading about it
