inbetween the ointment i have got to use from the doctor, i used aqueous cream, feels good to be able to move my arms up and down without cracking my skin :D i find myself hiding my arms now as up till a few weeks ago i have never really been ill, at 35 years old and too get p, after having a cold and a bit of a sore throat, well you never know whats round the corner do you.

Hiya.  Welcome from me.  Try emulsifying ointment, available from all chemists, and its cheap.  Its brillant I swear by it.  No steroids or anything like that in it.  Use till your hearts content.

I'm having UV at the moment, nearly finished. Had bad guttate too.  I have a diary type thing on the lab section if you want to read it.  Don't know if you've done it before.  It'll clear you up in no time hopefully
